What is Yoga? In the most upfront definition, Yoga means union, union of our body, mind and soul. This form of nurturing our bodies helps us develop peace within ourselves as well as a deep appreciation of the life and energy around us. What is Eternal Youth Yoga? Eternal Youth Yoga is home based and open to any persons with a yearning to move and feel young. Herbal teas and snacks are also available when you come to class. I offer yoga classes and private sessions in specialty areas including Prenatal yoga (based on the Mamaste program founded by Karen Prior) and chair yoga. All yoga classes and sessions are done in the comfort and privacy of my home or yours. Free classes are also available as a gift to anyone who wishes for a moment of peaceful relaxation in our community. EYY is also in the process of becoming a home for Tai Yoga Massage, Massage Therapy, Tai Chi and other unique and fun classes that will benefit the mind, body and soul. Each private session in bodywork and yoga are personalized to benefit the needs of each individual. You can work specific areas of the body that are recovering from injury or just feel stress or pressure. *As with all forms of exercise, please consult a physician before begining any workout program especially if you have had a past or present condition which may inhibit your ability to practice. Yoga Parties

Yoga parties are a fun and relaxing way to enjoy a night out with friends and family. Yoga parties are set up in the privacy and comfort of the hosts own home, vegan snacks will be provided by our instructors to promote our continued effort to bring peace to the environment we practice in. Eternal Youth Yoga will provide an hour and a half of food, demos, adjustments, chanting, meditations and a calm, peaceful space. All of our yoga parties are free!!!!

In order to have a successfull yoga party the host must have a minimum of 10 participants. This allows the instructor to work on partner techniques if requested. At the end of your yoga party each participant will recieve a gift for participating. For every participant that signs up and pays in advance for a 4 session one on one package the host will recieve one free session one hour in length. In other words...if 4 people pay in advance for 4 sessions-YOU recieve 4 sessions for free!

Take time out of your hectic life and host a yoga party for your family and friends and make each day a peaceful voyage.

• Or a combination of any of the above

Workshops

Workshops are set up in a designated location by the instructor and are priced acording to the type of class, legth and number of sessions for each workshop. Most workshops held are 2-3 hours in length, but on occasion another certified instructor may be brought in for 2-3 days or even for a week long intensive. These intensive workshops will be set up at least 6 months to one year in advance to allow students to sign up at anytime with discounts available up to 2 months before the event takes place.

One on one in home sessions - $ 40.00 per hour, Purchase a 10 session package and get 10% off

Prenatal 8 week session - $ 320.00

Prenatal 8 week session (1st Trimester) - $ 160.00

Group rate (4 or more students/4 class minimum) - $ 20.00 per / person

Yoga Parties - Free!

Prenatal group rate (4 or more students/8 class minimum) - $30.00 per / person
